April Lockhart
April Lockhart born 4 July 1995. She started the guitar and piano lessons in the 7th grade, which ignited her interest. When April was 12 when she wrote her first single Different. At 14 old, she spent the majority of her time making song concepts and perfecting the music. After a while, she began traveling with her father and write in NY or LA. April was also able to add other themes in the track "Take My Hand" to help her friends who dealt with problems like peer pressure, problems, as well as teenager suicide. Lockhart works in partnerships at famous clean beauty brand Ilia and also is a lifestyle blogger with her own growing following. Her birth was without a left hand, and it's part of who she is--but that's not the entire story. As a result Lockhart's Instagram profile isn't afraid to talk about her disabilities, yet it's not focused on it either. The point? The message? Still, she acknowledges going through phases of insecurity with her physique and being uncomfortable in certain clothes which showed her arms. Today, she wears anything she likes. and she shares her photos on social networks. Self-love, she says, is a kind of journey. "I do not think that you'll ever get in that place," she said.
